Over the past 25 years, Select 1 Property Management has steadily grown and now manages 17 Condominium Associations in West Michigan. While it’s not our goal to be one of the largest management companies, it is our goal to be the best!

Our Staff

Property management is a people business. The Select 1 staff puts much emphasis on communicating and meeting the individual needs of each co-owner, while at the same time considering the best interest of the association as a whole.

Our Philosophy
